Full women's shoe size table: US 5 to 12
Every row below follows Nike's published women's footwear size chart: the foot length is the length of the foot the size fits, the EU and UK columns are Nike's conversions for that size, and the box CM is the CM/JP number printed on the shoe box, which is larger than the foot length. The steps between half sizes run roughly 0.4 to 0.5 cm, and they are not even — US 8 to 8.5 is 0.4 cm, while US 9.5 to 10 is 0.4 cm and US 10.5 to 11 is 0.5 cm — which is why measuring in centimetres beats guessing from a size number.

How to measure your foot
Stand on a piece of paper with your heel against a wall, wearing the socks you will wear with the shoes, and mark the end of your longest toe — usually the big toe, sometimes the second toe. Measure from the wall to the mark in centimetres, and do it at the end of the day, when feet are at their largest. Measure both feet and use the longer one: most people have one foot up to half a size longer than the other, and the larger foot decides the size. A 24.5 cm measurement lands exactly on US women's 8.5, while a 23.0 cm measurement falls between US 6.5 (22.9 cm) and US 7 (23.3 cm), so it rounds up to US 7. Do not measure over a thick sock you will never wear with the shoes, and do not press the tape to the foot — the paper-and-wall method is the one Nike's chart is built around.
Box CM is not foot length
Nike prints a CM number on the box label, and it is not the same as the foot length in this chart. For a US women's 8, the foot length is 24.1 cm and the box says 24.5 cm; for a US women's 12, the foot length is 27.5 cm and the box says 28.5 cm. The box number is the CM/JP size — roughly the inside length of the shoe, with room for the foot built in — while the foot length is the length of the foot the size fits. Size from the foot-length column, not from the box number: if you match your 24.1 cm foot to the box column, you would buy a US women's 7, a full size too small. The same trap appears on Japanese and Korean listings, which use the box CM as the size — a JP 24.5 is a US women's 8, not a foot that measures 24.5 cm.
Between sizes? Size up
If your foot falls between two rows, buy the larger size. A 23.0 cm foot rounds up to US women's 7 (23.3 cm), and a 24.5 cm foot is exactly US women's 8.5 — there is no rounding down in this chart, because a shoe half a size too small pinches the toes all day, while half a size too large only needs a thicker sock or an insole. The same rule holds across brands, though the numbers shift: other brands pair the same US size with EU sizes up to a size apart, and some run narrow through the midfoot, so a US 8 in one brand can feel like a US 7.5 in another. When ordering online from a brand you have never worn, check that brand's own chart against your centimetre measurement rather than trusting the US number alone.
Men's and women's sizes are 1.5 apart
Nike uses a 1.5-size offset between men's and women's sizing: a men's US 7 is a women's US 8.5, a men's US 9 is a women's US 10.5, and a men's US 10 is a women's US 11.5. That matters most on unisex releases, where only men's sizing is listed: add 1.5 to the men's number to get the women's size, not 1. The foot length is the same either way — a 24.5 cm foot is a men's US 7 and a women's US 8.5 — so the centimetre column works as the bridge between the two systems. Do not convert through the EU column: a men's EU 40 is a women's EU 40 as well, but the US numbers underneath are different, and converting US to EU and back loses the half size.

Who uses this
- The online shopper: wears a women's US 8 and learns she needs EU 39 before ordering from a European store, so the shoes arrive in the right size the first time.
- The UK buyer: wears a women's US 9.5 and checks that her UK size is 7 — not 9.5 — before ordering from a British shop.
- The between-sizes buyer: measures a 23.0 cm foot and learns to round up to US women's 7 (EU 38, UK 5) instead of squeezing into a 6.5.
- The unisex-release buyer: sees only men's sizing on a drop and adds 1.5 — a men's US 7 is her women's US 8.5 — instead of ordering a size too small.
Accuracy & limitations
The US, EU, UK, foot-length, and box-CM values follow Nike's published women's footwear size chart (nike.com/size-fit/womens-footwear): US women's 8 is EU 39, UK 6, foot 24.1 cm, box 24.5 cm. Other brands cut differently — the same US size can pair with an EU size up to a size apart, and some brands run narrow — so always check the brand's own chart for expensive shoes, using your centimetre measurement as the bridge. The chart covers US women's 5 to 12; below 21.6 cm and above 27.5 cm it shows an error rather than guessing, because smaller and larger sizes follow different scales. Fit also depends on width, arch, and the shoe's last, none of which a length number captures: two pairs in the same size can feel different through the midfoot and toes, and running shoes, basketball shoes, and lifestyle sneakers from the same brand fit differently even in the same size.
