Full men's shoe size table: US 6 to 14
Every row below is from Nike's published men's footwear size chart: US size, EU size, UK size, and foot length in centimetres. UK is US minus 1 for sizes 7 and up — below that, US 6 is UK 5.5 and US 6.5 is UK 6 — and EU steps by 1.5 per whole US size (with half sizes splitting the difference). The last column is the CM/JP size printed on the shoe box — it runs larger than the foot length, because it measures the shoe's inside, not your foot.

How to measure your foot
Stand on a sheet of paper in the socks you will wear with the shoes, late in the day when your feet are at their largest. Mark the back of your heel and the tip of your longest toe — for many people that is the second toe, not the big toe — and measure between the marks in centimetres. Do both feet and use the longer one: feet are rarely the same size, and the smaller foot will fit inside the larger foot's shoe. Then find the smallest row in the table whose foot length is at least your measurement. A 27.3 cm foot, for example, is longer than the 27.1 cm row for US 10, so it rounds up to US 10.5 at 27.5 cm. Never round down: a shoe that is half a size too small will pinch all day, while half a size too large only needs thicker socks.
Output · formula · meaning
| Output | Formula | What it means |
| EU size | Table lookup from US size | US 10 → EU 44. |
| UK size | US size − 1 (US 6 is UK 5.5; US 6.5 is UK 6) | US 10 → UK 9. |
| Foot length | Table lookup from US size | US 10 → 27.1 cm foot. |
| Box CM/JP | Table lookup from US size | US 10 → 28 cm on the box — the shoe's inside length, not your foot. |
| Size from foot length | Smallest row with foot length ≥ your measurement | 27.3 cm → US 10.5 (27.5 cm row). |
| US 8 | Table lookup | EU 41, UK 7, 25.4 cm foot. |
| US 12 | Table lookup | EU 46, UK 11, 28.8 cm foot. |
Who uses this
- The online shopper: wears US 10 and learns he needs EU 44 before ordering from a European store, so the shoes arrive in the right size the first time.
- The UK buyer: wears US 12 and checks that his UK size is 11 — one less than the US number — before ordering from a British shop.
- The between-sizes buyer: measures a 27.3 cm foot and learns to round up to US 10.5 (EU 44.5, UK 9.5) instead of squeezing into a 10.
- The half-size wearer: wears US 9.5 and confirms it is EU 43, UK 8.5, for a 26.7 cm foot.
Accuracy & limitations
The table follows Nike's published men's footwear size chart, and the foot-length values are Nike's own measured-foot figures — not the larger CM/JP numbers printed on the box (US 10 is a 27.1 cm foot, but the box says 28 cm). Other brands cut differently: a US 10 in one brand can fit like a 9.5 or a 10.5 in another, and running shoes often run a half size small by design, so always check the brand's own chart for expensive shoes. Width is not covered here — this chart is for standard (D) width, and wide feet often need a half size up even when the length is right. Feet also swell during the day and on long walks, so a shoe that fits in the morning can pinch by evening; measure late in the day and leave a thumb's width — about 1 cm — in front of your longest toe.
